SvN celebrates new changes to strengthen the management structure of our firm with the promotion of Elizabeth Wilson to General Manager and the arrival of Mark Beagan as Director, Human Resources & Organizational Development.

As we have grown into a practice of over 100 diverse professionals, these efforts have ensured that our culture has remained intact through several transformational periods.

Mark Beagan

Director, Human Resources & Organizational Development

Mark Beagan brings over 25 years of human capital management experience to SvN. He has worked for various organizations across the robotics, technology, design, and consulting industries. For Mark, culture is key to creating and maintaining an environment where the firm’s people can thrive. This commitment aligns with SvN’s “Be Human” value and is crucial to our ability to deliver innovative solutions for our clients and the communities we serve.

Elizabeth Wilson

General Manager

Elizabeth Wilson has evolved into the role of SvN’s General Manager. With an incredible track record in team building that spans several decades, she has been instrumental in shaping our firm’s culture and our “Be Human” value. During Elizabeth’s long tenure with SvN, she’s led wellness workshops, rolled out a new HR system, launched employee satisfaction surveys and done so much more to create a culture in which we’re all proud to belong. In this new role, she will further build SvN’s leadership capacities and continue to strengthen both our internal operations and recruitment capabilities.
