SvN Recognizes Six New Leaders within the Firm

SvN is pleased to recognize six individuals as new leaders within the firm.

We look forward to strengthening and growing the firm with the contributions of these individuals, each of whom brings a unique perspective and experience.

Anthony Greenberg
Associate
Anthony is an urban planner in Toronto whose focused responsibility at SvN is development planning, municipal approvals and project management. Anthony advises clients of the planning considerations and development potential for individual sites to streamline and reduce risk in the municipal approvals process.

Sam Dufaux
Design Director
Sam’s international experience and his playful design sensibilities will help SvN ensure design excellence is being achieved in both architecture and urban design projects. Notable work includes Kew Gardens Hills Library in Queens, Children’s Museum of the Arts in New York and the Edible Schoolyards at PS7 and PS216.

Hayley Imerman
Associate
Hayley is a licensed Architect and Urban Designer with an aptitude for meeting the design and coordination challenges of complex projects and difficult urban sites. Hayley has worked on residential projects at all scales and phases of construction, and is furthering SvN’s work on Tower Neighbourhood Renewal to enable apartment neighbourhoods within the GTHA to become more resilient and complete communities.

Andrea Gaus
Associate
Andrea’s passion lies at the intersection between architecture and urban planning. She has 10 years of experience specializing in the planning, design, and construction of award-winning institutional projects across Ontario, including Lazaridis Hall at the Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo and the Centennial College Library and Academic Building in Toronto.

Klaudia Biala
Associate
Klaudia has held the position of Senior Urban Designer on significant urban planning projects focused on ecological systems analysis and preservation, the design of public open spaces, streetscapes, and the integration of landscape with urban and architectural form, transportation networks and storm water management. Notable projects include the award-winning Wadi Hanifa Wetlands Master Plan, King Abdullah Economic City Master Plan, and the Hurontario LRT.

Alex Heath
Associate
Alex’s experience over the last six years includes high profile and complex planning projects such as Port Lands Acceleration Initiative, Eglinton Connects and Dundas Connects. His expertise includes transit corridor master planning, station area master planning, secondary plan studies, intensification and infill studies, and public consultation strategies.
